Who We Are
Scott Southworth
Head Coach - Owner
Scott never planned on being a trainer, let alone owning a gym. But sometimes things work out better than our plans. Scott has been coaching for over a decade now and with Catalyst since 2012. He comes from a personal background in wrestling, parkour, and rock climbing but his schooling was in the Social Sciences. Over the past decade, Scott has received certifications through many different credentialing groups including the ACSM, CrossFit, TRX, and, MovNat.

Having never been someone who loves working out, Scott understands the complicated relationships people have with their body, exercise, and food. This helps keep him down to earth and always in touch with the human side of being a coach. This understanding and his working with hundreds of clients over the years gives Scott the experience and perspective he needs to work with people from every walk of life.

Logan Leonesio
Coach
Logan has been professionally training for over 6 years and has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from youths, older adults, and professional athletes. Having graduated with the highest honors with a degree in sports medicine, Logan takes a meticulous, research-backed approach to his training, ensuring his clients receive accurate information and effective training.

Logan comes from an athletic background where he competed as a nationally ranked figure skater for over 12 years. He takes the unique skills he learned in this demanding sport and applies them towards his client’s own training. Before starting at Catalyst, he worked with other competitive athletes in the field of sports performance.

Logan’s training mantra is that everyone has the right to see what their body is truly capable of, and providing factual information in the most accessible way possible is his goal. He believes that, ideally, a workout should not be intimidating but rather an enjoyable time to improve one’s self and develop positive lifelong habits.
